To respond to enquiries and free trial requests, and to arrange, schedule and deliver your classes.

Many of our students are children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from a child without the involvement of a parent or guardian — all bookings, forms and payments are completed by a parent or guardian.
We only collect the minimum information needed to provide safe, appropriate classes (such as the student's first name and age), and we take extra care with how this information is stored and who can access it.
Parents or guardians can contact us at any time to review, update or ask us to delete their child's information.
All payments on our website are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our own servers.
Stripe may also provide you with a customer portal to manage or cancel your own subscription — this is handled directly by Stripe under its own privacy policy.

If you only submit an enquiry and don't go on to enrol, we'll keep your details for a limited period in case you'd like to follow up, and then delete them.
